1. LOG IN

Log in to http://kaygfashionbrands.com with your user ID.
Go to the "Order History" section of your account. 
Select the order for which you want to return an item by clicking on "Details". 
Select the products you want to return by checking the box next to their name (s).

2. Prepare your return

Use the return label that you will receive by email. Stick the label on the packaging covering the previous 
one. Place the items to be returned in their original packaging in the packaging. 
Close it tightly and it is ready for return.

3. Return of the package

Send the package to the indicated address, we inform you by email. 
(Belgium or Balearic Islands).
Remember: returns are not free!
